Zach Howder
Co Founder
One thing people will tell you about me….I’m the guy who runs toward the chaos when everyone else bails. Whether it’s a distressed property, a family trapped in floodwaters, a business that needs rebuilding, or a deal that looks impossible on paper I show up with solutions, calm under pressure, and with a strategy that works. I co-founded Tru North Property Partners to bring that same energy into real estate. This isn’t about chasing checks or cutting corners, it’s about building something that lasts, creating alignment, and leading with heart driven purpose in everything we touch.
My path didn’t start polished. I’ve had to fight through some of the darkest chapters of my life, from battling addiction to undergoing life-changing brain surgery in 2018 after years of silent pain. Most people would’ve folded. I used it as fuel. I grew up in a hard-working family and played college football in the trenches, where I learned to take hits, push through, and show up when it matters most. That mindset carried me through recovery, through rebuilding my health, my mission, and my identity from the ground up. When the world shut down during COVID, I didn’t retreat…l doubled down. I’ve rebuilt after injuries, rebuilt businesses from scratch, and kept finding a way forward. I’m not about theory or talk.
I’m a “show me the challenge, l’ll find the way” kind of guy. For the past five years, l’ve operated at the intersection of real estate, crisis response, systems design, and team leadership. I’m a certified Swift Water Rescue Technician and have been boots-on-the-ground during hurricanes, floods, and national disaster deployments. I still work actively in both emergency search and rescue as well as long-term recovery efforts, because that’s not just something I do, it’s a passion I have found. We don’t just clear homes, we save lives, bring stability to the aftermath, and shine light in places most people have given up on. That same urgency, clarity, and service-driven mindset are at the core of our values here at Tru North.


Jennifer Williams
Co-Founder
Hi! I’m Jennifer Williams, a founding member here at Tru North Property Partners. As a native Charlottean (yes, you heard that right, I’m one of the rare natives here in the Queen city)! I have been able to see this city evolve over the years from a small city into the growing Metropolis that it currently is. That exponential growth inspired me and led me to help create this company from the ground up to not only help people be able to be a part of the growth of Charlotte, but areas around the country through strategic and creative capital development opportunities. I’ve always had a natural eye for value, whether it’s identifying a high-potential investment property or uncovering a hidden gem at a local thrift shop. I’m a deal finder by nature, and that instinct fuels everything I do.
Combined with my background in international logistics, I bring a unique ability to navigate complex transactions with purpose, precision, and speed. Before launching my real estate career, I spent nearly a decade managing global marine operations, where shifting timelines, high stakes, and constant changes were the norm. That experience shaped my ability to stay agile, detail-driven, and solutions-focused under pressure, skills I now apply to every investment we manage at Tru North.
From contract to close, I specialize in keeping deals organized, on track, and investor-ready. Organization isn’t just a strength, it’s the foundation of how I operate.
Konner Fallos
Co-Founder
I’m Konner Fallos, co-founder of Tru North Property Partners, a real estate company built on a simple but often overlooked principle… putting people first. In an industry where “quick cash offers” are frequently paired with opaque processes and misaligned incentives, Tru North was founded to be different. Our mission is rooted in integrity, transparency, and true value creation, not just profits. We believe real estate should be done the right way, with honesty, clarity, and respect for the people we serve.
My passion for real estate started when I was really young. Growing up, my parents taught my twin brother and I the true value of property ownership through hands-on experience rehabbing homes, flipping properties, and managing rentals. More importantly, they instilled in us the belief that quality matters; because the work you do today directly affects the families who live there tomorrow. They prioritized doing repairs correctly, maintaining updated homes, and keeping rents sustainable, even when it meant sacrificing short-term profits.
Beyond my upbringing in real estate, I spent several years building an acquisitions team and assisting with dispositions for a growing investment company. That experience sharpened my ability to analyze opportunities, negotiate strategically, and arguably most importantly… identify real solutions for homeowners in difficult situations.Seeking to build something I could fully stand behind with values that I TRULY share, I made the decision to help form Tru North Property Partners. Today, we operate with a people-first mindset, believing that when integrity leads the process, success naturally follows.

Peter Ho
Acquisitions Specialist
One thing people will tell you about me is this: I see what most people miss. I don’t just look at situations on the surface, I break them down, catch the details, and find the angles that create real results. That mindset is exactly what I bring into every deal and every relationship at Tru North Property Partners.
I earned my degree in Electrical Engineering and started my career working with heavy-duty 18-wheelers for manufacturers like PACCAR and International Trucks. In that world, there’s no room for guesswork, systems either perform or they don’t, and small details can make a massive difference. That experience trained me to stay sharp, calm under pressure, and solution-focused at all times.
Real estate became more than a business for me; it became a mission. I’m not here for shortcuts or quick wins that leave people burned. I’m here to build something real: freedom, legacy, and long-term value for the people I serve.

Tamara Harris
Acquisitions Specialist
I’m Tamara Harris, an Acquisitions Specialist at Tru North Property Partners. Before stepping into real estate, I spent over 15 years in Human Resources, building a career centered around people-first leadership, strategic problem-solving, and organizational development. I had the opportunity to work across multiple industries, helping companies grow by investing in their greatest asset, their people.
Becoming a mother shifted my perspective and inspired me to pursue a path that offered more flexibility, purpose, and impact. That journey led me to real estate, where I bring the same level of integrity, communication, and analytical thinking that shaped my professional foundation.
Here at Tru North my passion is identifying unique off-market opportunities, building strong relationships with both property owners and investors alike, and creating win win solutions that align with our clients goals. I approach each conversation with care, transparency, and the belief that real estate can be a tool for empowerment and growth!
When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time outdoors with my family, traveling, or in the kitchen, my happy place, cooking and exploring new recipes.

Devonte Tapp
Acquisitions Specialist
Hi, my name is Devonte! I’m a Nashville, Tennessee based real estate professional driven by faith, service, and integrity. A proud Christian, husband, and former law enforcement officer and military service member, I bring discipline, leadership, and a mission-first mindset to every client interaction.
After deploying to Kuwait from 2014–2015, I returned home with an even stronger commitment to serving others. With a degree in Information Systems and Cyber Security, I developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills, but ultimately felt called to serve my community in a more personal and direct way through real estate.
Since beginning my real estate journey in 2021, I have been dedicated to helping homeowners find real solutions during difficult or transitional seasons of life. Whether that’s assisting sellers who need peace of mind or helping families move forward with confidence, my approach is rooted in faith, transparency, and compassion.
I believe real estate is more than transactions, it’s about serving people, solving problems, and being a steady guide during important life decisions, all led by my faith and belief in Christ.

Sherice Williams
Acquisitions Specialist
Hi, I’m Sherice Yvette Williams and I am a part of the acquisitions team here at TruNorth Properties with a natural penchant for relationship-building and helping people navigate meaningful decisions with confidence. My career has never followed a single lane, instead, it’s been shaped by people, performance, and the ability to adapt across industries while staying grounded in service.
Over the years, I’ve built experience that spans real estate, fashion retail, education, and brand operations. I spent eight years as a real estate salesperson in New York, developing a deep understanding of client advocacy, negotiation, and the emotional weight that comes with housing decisions. Before that, I led operations for a $2M contemporary women’s fashion store in NYC, where strategy, execution, and relationship management were critical to growth. I’ve also worked directly with high-net-worth clients as a Client Specialist at Saks Fifth Avenue, refining a white-glove approach to service that prioritizes discretion, attention to detail, and long-term loyalty.
At the heart of all of my work is people. Whether tutoring K–12 students in reading, supporting families through life transitions, or advising clients in sales environments, I bring patience, clarity, and a genuine commitment to outcomes that serve more than just the transaction.
Curious by nature, people-driven by design, and guided by integrity, I believe trust is built through consistency, listening, and showing up every time.
